Okra, Tomatoes and Chicken

1 large onion
7-8 medium okra
1 can crushed tomatoes
4 chicken breasts
salt
pepper
Cajun seasoning
Cumin
1 can kidney beans
1 T flour
1 T white vinegar
tortillas
shredded cheese

Saute chopped onion in olive oil and cook cut up chicken. Once chicken is cooked, add okra, cut into rounds. Drain tomatoes and add. Add salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and Cumin to taste (probably a teaspoon each). Drain kidney beans and add. Take 1/4 cup of the sauce and add 1 teaspoon flour and 1 teaspoon white vinegar, mix until there is no lumps, then add back to the dish. Saute another 10 minutes. Serve on tortillas, and add cheese to each tortilla.
