Minestrone soup
1 medium chopped onion1 clove garlic
1 c sliced celery
1 c. carrots
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp parsley
8 c. water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1 zucchini, sliced
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can garbanzo beans
1 box sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb ground beef OR chop up a half pound of cooked meatballs and put in there.
Saute onion, garlic celery and carrots until tender. Add bouillon the rest of the ingredients and simmer until ingredients are tender (at least 30 minutes, it is better the longer you cook it).
