Black beans and rice

1 cup brown rice
1 can (or 2 cups frozen) black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
sausage (I used deer sausage, could use polish sausage
salt/pepper/cajun spice

Cook brown rice (rice + water). Lower heat and add black beans, tomatoes, and cut up sausage. Add salt, pepper and cajun spice, and let other ingredients warm up.
