Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp
chicken breastsshrimp (I used precooked)
onion
carrot
celery
snow peas
peanuts
rice
Sauce:
kung pao spice packet
soy sauce
water
sugar
Prep: Detail shrimp. Mix sauce and let sit.
Cook:
Saute chicken breasts. Once chicken breasts are done, add chopped up carrot, celery, snow peas and onion. Cook till tender. Add peanuts. Add sauce and simmer. When almost done, add cooked shrimp, just to heat (don't cook too long, or shrimp will get tough).
cook rice at some point up there. Try to get everything done at the same time.
Serve over rice w/ soy sauce.
