Green Bean Pork Chop Casserole

2 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 - 3/4 can milk
1 can green beans, drained
1 small can mushrooms, drained
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp garlic
cajun spice
salt
pepper

Melt butter in cast iron skillet; cook and season the pork chops as desired, until almost done (no longer pink inside). I used salt, pepper, garlic and cajun spice on the pork chops.

Mix sour cream, milk, green beans and soup together. Move pork chops to a plate and add soup mixture to skillet. Add pork chops back in and cover with the soup mixture

Bake in a 400°F oven for 25 minutes.
