Fried Potatoes, Onions and SausageFried Potatoes, Onions and Sausage
1 potato for each of you
1 large onion
2 Polish sausages
Up to your taste:
tobasco sauce ?
---Wash and cut up the potatoes. No need to peel. Cut them small so it won't take all night to cook them. Cut up the onion into small pieces too. Add olive oil to a skillet, then potatoes and onions. Cook on medium-low, stirring so it won't burn. Cook until the onions get soft and clear. Cut up the sausages into little discs and stir in and heat.
I like syrup on mine, DH likes ketchup and tobasco sauce. To each their own.
