Crockpot Lasagna

2 lbs hamburger
1 jar pasta sauce
1 jar mushrooms
1 jar black olives
1 bag pasta (I use rotini)
1 large tub cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese

Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crock pot.

Brown hamburger, degrease, add remaining pasta sauce, mushrooms and black olives. Cook pasta and drain. Mix cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese.

Layer in this order: pasta, hamburger mix, cottage cheese mix, pasta, hamburger mix, cottage cheese mix. Then add remaining mozzarella cheese to the top. Cook on high for an hour.
